BASIS OF AGREEMENT5.1 We will treat each reservation request and/or order for services as an offer by you to reserve accommodation and/or the services in accordance with these terms and conditions. 5.2 You must be over 18 years of age to proceed with a reservation request. 5.3 No reservation request submitted by you is accepted until we confirm in any durable medium (which includes e-mail) its acceptance. No contract shall exist until we confirm receipt and acceptance of your reservation request in this way. 6. DESCRIPTION6.1 All accommodation descriptions and content on our website or otherwise made available by us, or our participating accommodation providers, are intended merely to present a general idea of accommodation and services available. If you require any further details, please contact us by e-mail, providing details of the additional information needed. 7. PRICE AND AVAILABILITY7.1 The price and availability of accommodation is identified on the relevant page detailing the accommodation. This price includes all applicable taxes and (unless otherwise stated) is given on a per room per night basis. 7.2 If accommodation or services are unavailable or there is a price variation, changes in taxes and duties, site errors or errors or omission in the price displayed on our website or in any confirmatory correspondance, we (or where any change is required to accommodation specific issues our participating accommodation providers), shall notify you by e-mail (or otherwise as applicable) and allow you an opportunity to cancel your reservation request (if we, or our participating accommodation providers, have not already done so. 8. PAYMENT8.1 In making a reservation using our website, you will be required to provide credit or debit card details so that we may authenticate your reservation. 8.2 When your reservation is confirmed we will hold your credit or debit card only as a guarantee of the reservation and details will be held on our secure system. The information will only be used in such times as any cancellation or now show payments are incurred. 8.3 Payment for reservations made by you will be collected by the accommodation providers in accordance with their own confirmation policy. 8.4 You are responsible for making all necessary payments for accommodation when due, including any non-arrival, cancellation or other such charges (unless such charges have been incurred as a result of our act or omission). 8.5 Prices for all accommodation are presented on a per room per night basis unless otherwise stated and include VAT. 9. CONFIRMATION9.1 You must ensure that you complete the reservation form so as to give us all necessary information to enable us to properly confirm your reservation request. 9.2 If your chosen accommodation is available and your credit or debit card details have been properly authenticated we will confirm acceptance of your reservation on screen and then by e-mail through our confirmation system. 9.3 Any requests for alterations or variations to your confirmed reservation must be notified to us as soon as possible, and in any event before your due date of arrival at your chosen accommodation. 9.4 Where you request an alteration or variation to your confirmed reservation we will use all reasonable efforts to assist you in managing the requested change. Alterations and variations may result in different charges applying to your reservation and we will endeavour to inform you of these changes prior to any confirmation of your requested alteration or variation to enable you to reach a decision about continuing with your reservation. 9.5 Where an alteration or variation to your confirmed reservation is not possible or results in an additional payment you may cancel your reservation, subject always to the cancellation charges previously notified to you with your original reservation. We will not be liable for any loss suffered by you as a result of your failure to advise us of your requested alterations or variations or any cancellation of your reservation. 9.6 Where accommodation is cancelled by you up to twenty four hours or less before your anticipated arrival date, or you fail to arrive at the accommodation on the day for which your reservation was made and confirmed, full payment for one nights accommodation will be taken by your accommodation provider. 10. LIMITS OF LIABILITY10.1 This website or any part of it may not be compatible with your browser or computer configuration and we make no warranty that it is. We make no warranty that your access to our website will be uninterrupted, timely or error free and we will not be responsible if we are unable to provide the website for whatever reason. 10.2 We will accept all liability if something we do causes death or personal injury. We will also accept all liability for damage to your property if the cause is our fault. 10.3 Provided you are not obtaining services for business purposes, we are also responsible for loss caused by us not having the legal right to proceed with and confirm your reservation. 10.4 Other than the liability we have accepted as described as above, we will not be liable for any losses that you suffer as a result of any breach of our agreement except those losses which a foreseeable consequence of the breach. In particular, since the services are provided to you as a consumer, we cannot accept responsibility for any losses related to any business such as lost data, lost profits or other business lost that you may incur as a result of any breach of our agreement. 11. STATUTORY RIGHTS11.1 As a consumer you have certain statutory rights regarding the performance of services, as well as claims in respect of losses caused by our negligence or our failure to carry out our obligations. These terms and conditions shall not affect those statutory rights. 12.
