It's simple and straightforward. The Bedsearcher service works as a hotel booking agent and web optimisation specialist, and is ABSOLUTELY FREE!

There are no joining up fees or monthly/annual costs. There is only an industry standard 12% commission payable on your extra bookings generated by the Bedsearcher system. Therefore no bookings = no fee.

Bedsearcher recognises that the majority of independent accommodation providers cannot afford up-front monthly subscriptions, coupled with this our company performance emphasis is not on the number of partner establishments in the Bedsearcher network, but on the number of bookings we send each partner.

The Bedsearcher payment system is structured so that the establishment provider cannot lose out. In order for the customer to make a confirmed booking via the Bedsearcher system, they must submit credit/debit card details. These details are then authenticated by Bedsearcher to ensure the card is valid, and the details are encrypted and stored on a secure section of the Bedsearcher website. When the customer checks in/out they can pay in whatever method suits both you and the customer e.g. cash, cheque, card etc. Only if the customer either leaves without paying, does not turn up at all, or cancels less than 48-hours before estimated check-in then the secure credit/debit card details can be accessed (only by you) to charge the card, in accordance with the terms and conditions of sale.
