Can I use Bedsearcher when I don't have access to the Internet?
Yes you can. Simply call our sales hotline free on 0870 290 1035 and one of our customer sales representatives will help you find the accommodation you are looking for.
When and how can I pay for my room booking?
You will pay for your booking at the establishment you stay in, either upon arrival or departure. You can pay for your booking in any way you wish as long as this payment method is accepted by the establishment.
What do I need to give my credit/debit card details for?
Your credit/debit card details are taken to secure your reservation. Your card will only be charged if you fail to comply with Bedsearcher's terms and conditions. For example, if you cancel less than 48 hours before 4pm on the day of arrival, or do not show up for your booking. Also, if you leave the hotel without paying your card will be charged. In all of these cases the amount charged to your card will NOT exceed the total cost of the booking.
What credit/debit cards does Bedsearcher accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch and Solo are all accepted by Bedsearcher.
Is my credit/debit card number safe?
Yes. The card details are encrypted and stored on a safe website. The encryption process used is the most complex available and it uses SSL (secure socket layer technology). Bedsearcher also has a THWATE certificate, which verifies the authenticity of Bedsearcher and our security processes. Can I use a credit/debit card with an international billing address?
Yes, you can. But please be sure to complete your address in full, where required.
How is my booking confirmed?
Your booking will be confirmed instantly on screen. This page is print ready so you can print off your confirmation and take it with you on your visit. We will also send you an e-mail to your specified e-mail address which will contain all of your booking details.
How do I cancel a booking I have made?
Simply call one of our customer service representatives free on our sales hotline - 0870 290 1035, and they will cancel the booking for you.
What are the cancellation terms?
If you cancel an existing booking 48 hours or more before 4pm on the day of arrival then you will not be charged at all. If you cancel your booking less than 48 hours before (4pm on) the day of arrival then you will be charged in full for booking.
What do I do if I can't sign in?
Simply e-mail us from the 'Contact Us' page with as much of your account information as you can remember and we will e-mail your account details out to you.
How do I find my hotel once I have booked by accommodation?
When you complete your booking you will be sent a confirmation of your booking and this will have directions to your accommodation on it. There is also a contact telephone number and e-mail address for the accommodation establishment on this confirmation so you can get accurate directions from them.
Who do I contact if I need help?

Who has access to my personal information?
Bedsearcher does NOT pass your details to any other organisation for marketing or similar purposes. The only details Bedsearcher passes on are your contact telephone number and e-mail address, along with your booking details (specified by you when booking), and these are only passed on to the accommodation establishment you booked in case they need to contact you at all regarding your booking.
